| Baptism |
| Infant Dedication or Baptism – If you are interested in having your infant dedicated or baptized, please complete the baby dedication request form and submit it to Pastor Steve. Baby dedications are usually held during our Sunday morning worship sevices. |

| Adult and Youth Baptism – If you wish to be baptized, please complete the baptism request/baptism story form (have on-line and printable option). In order for a youth to be baptized, he or she should have invited Christ into their life and understand the meaning of being baptized. Opportunities for baptism are offered several times a year. |
