| At Prairie Oak Community Church we believe that God has a wonderful plan and special purpose for every child. Because each child is so unique, we offer exclusive use of the Promiseland Activity Park for your child’s birthday celebration. |

 The Promiseland Activity Park is an outreach ministry of Prairie Oak Community Church. Our ministry purpose is the provide an affirming environment in which families can celebrate the day their child was born.There are plenty of fun things to do at the Promiseland Activity Park! Your birthday celebration will include exclusive use of the jungle park room with our fun slides and tunnels. Your party will be facilitated by our warm, caring staff, giving you the opportunity to spend time with your child and their guests. Parties are based on availability. |

Trained staff to welcome you and facilitate your party
Optional party games led by our staff
Paper products including: plates, cups, napkins and cutlery
Exclusive use of the activity park
Gifts for the birthday child
Party favors for each child
The room will be available 10 minutes prior to the starting time of your party

| You provide: |
Any food and drink items (water is provided and a refrigerator is available for your use).
Any other party items such as goodie bags. |
| Fees: |
Basic fee for one and one half hour - $70.00
Basic fee for two hours - $80.00
Basic fee includes up to 10 children
11 to 15 children add $5.00
16 to 20 children add $10.00
The basic party fee of $70.00 or $80.00 is due one week before the party. The additional fee for 11 to 20 children is due the day of the party, based on the final count. |

The maximum number of children per party is 20. The total room capacity is 25 (including 2 party facilitators).
